CKJ Health Training – Booking & Training Policies

Pricing

  • 1–2 participants: $70 per person

  • 3–5 participants: $65 per person

  • Groups larger than 5 can be accommodated in split sessions/groups.

Travel Fees

Mobile training is available. Additional travel fees may apply for surrounding areas including:

  • Pinellas County

  • Hillsborough County

  • Hernando County

Travel fee estimates:

  • Small groups/individuals: $25–$40 flat fee

  • Groups of 3–5: reduced or waived depending on location

Payment Policy

Full payment is required to secure your booking.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • All payments are non-refundable.

  • Appointments may be rescheduled up to 2 times with at least 24-hour notice.

  • After 2 reschedules, a new booking/payment will be required.

  • No-shows forfeit payment.

Late Arrival Policy

Participants arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. Please contact me via text if there is a traffic/ personal issue.

Certification

Certification cards are issued only after successful completion of all required course skills and training requirements. Allow 1-3 business days.

Mobile Training Requirements

Clients must provide a safe, clean, indoor training space large enough for participants and equipment.
